What is Mental Health 1st Aid Champion's Role?

 

A Mental Health 1st Aid Champion, in the workplace, is the person to go to if anyone goes through some form of mental health issue. Their role is to help guide the person in distress to the relevant help that they need. Their job is to be able to use their knowledge and experience to spot someone developing a mental health issue.
