When it comes to learning with us, you can study any of our online courses from anywhere in the world.
If you do not see a date on our website that suits you for our face to face courses or have a group booking, please contact 03306 601274 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any group bookings can be delivered onsite or offsite to meet your needs.
During COVID19, to ensure that everyone is kept as safe as possible, we will be delivering all of our courses online with live training.
All of our online courses are delivered via our state of the art e-learning platform. We have courses that are delivered live online and courses that have the flexibility to study 24/7, where you can learn at your own pace. All courses are arranged in modules with easy navigation tools enabling you to control the pace you work at. You can pause, rewind and fast forward your tutorials and download your resources.
You will need to have downloaded Zoom on your device to be able to access the live training. This link will then become live on the specified day and time for your particular course.
Depending on the course you have enrolled in, courses can run for 3 days (intensive training) through a 1-hour online course.
Our professional courses have a maximum of 15 people. We have found that by keeping the numbers down, we can ensure you get the best experience possible and maximise your learning potential.
You will have access to your training for 12 months. Should you wish to extend the course, then this available at an additional cost.
No, the price you pay for each course does include any tests or exams. So the price you see is the price you will pay.
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed. Your course materials will then be available for you to download..
The great news is yes, you can. Our training is compatible with all devices, including mobile phones, I pads and android tablets.
Once you have registered with us, you will be assigned your course advisor. During the course and afterward, they will be available via email at email@example.com and telephone during office hours.
